bleed screw on thermostat... snapped

snapped my thermostat bleed screw after flushing the engine today, snapped head off but managed to get the rest of the screw out, obviously cant fill it back up with coolant, was just wondering if its possible to buy the part from citreon? just the screw, or will they try gettin me to buy the whole thermostat thing :@ would go scrap yard... but the screw would probably be as corroded as mine if not worse so really just wanted a new one asap

Can buy just the screw - they had it off the shelf when I went o buy one, obviously my local Citroen.

It costs peanuts. You need the following 2 bits

1306 29 DRAIN SCREW £0.98

1339 78 DRN SCR GASKET £0.12

i need them aswel as the drain screw is missing for some reason :S take it bleed screw must be same price though.

What willsy has posted is the part number for the parts you need and the actual parts you will need.

The drain screw (What broke) and the gasket/washer that fits around it :y:

Ask for them both and supply the part numbers... because knowing citroen they'll demand that you give them your vin number and then supply the wrong part :panic:
