195/45/15 - Would these fit a FLAT ARCH? I believe VT's are 185? Spacers needed or anything?

How about Lowered 50mm all round! How would the fit then.

195/45/15 is standard size for vts wheels so yes they will fit. vtr wheels have 185/55/14 and will also fit. Not sure if lowered though...

They will rub if lowered on a flat arch. My mate had to have his arches grinded on the rear.

How about rubage at the rear or anything? (Car not lowered) What about when i put on full lock, would it rub then?

this all depends on the offset of the new wheels you are fitting mate, if it is different from your standard wheels then you may need spacers

get the arches rolled which will stop rubbing when lowered upto 60mm all round i think it is just make sure the offset si the same as standard
