Painting Bumper strips

Im looking into spraying my bumper strips seen this done on a few cars on here.

So how do you do it? Do they just pop off?

the front and back bumpers you'll have to remove if you wanna do a half decent job.

The side strips come off as they are attached using them plastic shitty plugs that always snap like mine have :(

Preparation should be the longest part of the job.. take time masking around the bumpers and sand down evenly with 3 coats of prime with sanding in between...

then a 3 coats of paint would be good...
and depending on what colour..: maybe laquar :y:

Cheers bud i got a black VTR so lacquer may well be needed.

i want mine doing as i have the same.. when they're done it looks mint.. and your proabably looking at about £200 for a bodyshop to do a professional job :y:

Same with me, think im gunna buy a new front bumper wide mouth it then get body shop to spray it and the rest of the bumpers
