Noise at back

When i have a full car loud noise at the back like rumbling, metal noise i think it was the tires rubbing on the arch as it looked slammed but not sure, last time i had people in the back me exhaust hangers snaped lol so could it be the exhaust?

it's most likely scrubbing, my old 1.1 used to do it as well
