I just wanted to advise people to never get a phone from 3!

i cancelled my contract at the end of its 12 months in feb. they were still sending me bills in may!!!

I gave up with the stupid call centres, most of the time i ended up getting through to bombay and getting someone who didnt speak english!!!

and today i get a debt recovery agency threatening me with court action if i dont pay with 7 days! - Fucking tossers!!!!!!! smileys/smiley7.gif smileys/smiley7.gif smileys/smiley7.gif smileys/smiley7.gif

i kinda had the same thing is.. best way is to try and resolve it with the debt company so you pay in installments.. dont let it go to court cuz they will win.. in your contract you agreed to atleast 12 months?

but if u that pissed off with it go to court and agree to pay em back £1 a month smileys/happy.gif but then youll have to pay 4 court fees smileys/sad.gif

the amount that i apparently owe them is £21!

this is after months of fone calls and arguing about a previous bill for over £100 which they eventually cancelled coz they knew they were in the wrong.

i would take it to court if i could be arsed, but the thing is my credit rating is low enough as it is being a student. dont want it any worse than it already is!!!
