What does everyone think about painting their interior? Centre console etc? I think im going to paint the chevrons and badges white (to go with alloys) do you think i should paint the inside bits white too? or will it be a tad OTT? lol

Oh yeah sorry... its black, its also a 1.1... if that makes any difference?

black and white look real good together. go for it.
i've been wanting to do my interior for a while but i don't want to put that much work in it. :D

when i sprayed mine white when i had the standard interior it looked really good, makes it stand out a lot instead of having everything black.
go for it you will be happy with it.

yeah definitely go for it! are you going to do the side vents too? or just the centre console? im doing mine posi blue at the weekend, cant wait to see how it turns out!

personally i think you should do the centre console the 2 air vents and the 2 speaker covers thats on the front door cards.
that way it dosent look to much imo.

Yeah i was gunna do the full lot, but dont have a clue how to do it? how to get the peices out or anything? lol im pretty useless

on the centre console there are 2 star bolts (or allen bolts cant remember) that need unscrewing, and if you take the top vent out i think there are 2 more bolts to unscrew? not 100% though. The side vents should just pop out, as will the speaker grills

Ok i shall have a ganders tommorow! So the vents and speakers should just pop out with a screwdriver etc?

there should be a guide on here on spraying them if you have a search you should find it.
to get them out the 2 air vents pop out as well as the speaker covers and the centre console has a few torx screws just undo them.

also iirc there should be 2 screws near the top of the lighter at each side or above the heater dials.

ye i got the spray paint from halfords
