stiff clutch

I thought that all clutches on saxos were pretty stiff, but i took my mates out last night for a drive to BK and its totally the opposite, goes in and out like a dream. Is there a problem with mine?

mine is pretty stiff, old saxo was really light and so its my mates, but that was a 1.0 and 1.1.
My biting point is low aswell were as my mates and old saxo was right near the top. Dunno if they are different from 1.4 upwards?

yeah we both got vtrs 2002 and 2003 his is high biting point and light, mines low and stiff

i have a 1.1 and mine is a high biting point with a stiff clutch.

spray wd40 on it see if that helps

could be the clutch cable

I have just had a new clutch put on my vtr and its perfect...

I also had my clutch cable adjusted because it was as slack as it could be so had that tightened up.
