Anyone else leave them till the very last minute? Ive got a 3000 word essay on bio-mechnics in sport and ive done 100 words and i really cba, its got to be today aswell. Saxp and youtube just seem much more interesting lol

College work i did the weekend before they were due in, and 1st year uni work i did but im a 2nd year this time round so have had to start it waaaay early!

What year you in mate? Guess it depends what course you do, doing computer science im currently trying to build a spaceship game in java, which has already taken me months, no way i could do it the night before!

I think if you have some sense about you, then you would complete it as soon as possible as it would be out the way and one less thing to worry about and more time down the pub/club! :D

I'm in my final year lol, i finish in may, just kinda at the point where ive had enough of education now so gettin sick of assingments and "tasks".

I'm getting on with it now anyways, no point in failing it lol.

I done the same as you, night before it was due every year without fail! In 4th year now so cant really do it as much, still do it occasionally though!

How you getting on with the Java? My final year project is to build a train system in Java, bloody difficult! Coding was meant to be finished today but there's no way it will be, i'll get a good chunk of it done though.

Yeah my Java program is coming along ok. I have got the spaceship to move around the JPanel, using the arrows keys, and now i have done a landing pad and fuel bar so everytime an arrow key is pressed the fuel goes down. Also done a login system, linked to an Access database.

Fcuking hate Java lol, its taken me a stupid amount of time to do what little I have done. Just need to input some variables, like radiation, asteroids, computer system malfunction, crap like that lol.

Going off topic like but hows yours coming along?

Sounds like you've got it cracked mate, good on you. You implementing guns to shoot the asteroids?

Mine is a nightmare, I never done the graphics course in 3rd year so im having to learn it as I go along. It's getting there now, just a few more things to implement then its a basic pass lol.

So far it adds stations and track and trains, joins them all up and you can move and delete them, adds signals in automatically. Now I need to search through them to find the best route and change the signals accordingly. It's a complete bitch to do and i'll be glad when its done!
