Anyone played the demo? Played it yesterday with my mate in co-op and I must admit that it was bloody good fun. Its not so good on one player, but 2 player is great fun.

I played it, not tried the co-op but wasnt too impressed with it on one player. Something not that scary about fighting non zombies in the daylight.

Prefer FEAR 2, thats scarier with Alma doing her usual tricks.

Agreed the co-op is brilliant, single player is well... not so :n:

Resident evil lost its fear factor when it started using active cameras rather than the fixed cameras :wall:

I've only played the single player version, it seemed ok but a bit weird really...that boss thing killed me straight away so i just quit after that lol

The control system on these games are so bloody annoying! It halves my enjoyment easily. Although Res Evil 4 seemed to go well with Wii controls.

But no matter how long I played it there would always be a point where I'd mess up aiming and shooting or pause when I wanted the map, or just not turned around quick enough.

I think I would like to do an online co-op mode but think arranging that (with friends I know rather than PS3 friends) would be a headache and rarely happen.

got this today is ok not the best. dont like how you cant move and use your weapons at the same time.

when you want to use the knife you have to wait for them to come near you first which is shit, needs to be more scary/jumpy for me aswell, running round in the daylight doesnt do it for me.

Amazing game. Haven't played co-op yet cause I want someone good to join in. GF ain't the best at the game.

Completed it in single player the other day. Did it in 9hrs 17mins.

seriously though, i used to get quite scared playing the original resident evils in my room in the dark when i was in junior school

maybe its just not as scary for us now as it is for a comparable child lol

True, me and my mate were chatting bout that the other day, i remember playing Res Evil 2 in the police station where the thing drops from the cieling and shittin a brick the first time i did it! i was in like year 8 or summat at school at the time!
