Basically I am going to register an account so I can access an auction site.
Just wondering if anyone has used or has an account and how similar it is to paypal?

Also are there any hidden charges I should look out for and is it fairly simple to use?

Personally i haven't used it as it is basically another PayPal, and with PayPal being an established and trusted company i would Opt. to use them, even though sometimes they can be crap you can gurantee your money is safe and that there are no additional/hidden charges.

I used this before i used paypal. Seems like a good company. I never had any problems with them.
I havent used it in years mind so i dont remember any charges or anything. Have a search on their website.
