well i seem to have a problem with my fuel!!
my VTR is doing 40 miles to £10 of fuel :n:
and a couple of people told me that i should change the lamba sensor before the cat! how many lamba sensors are in my exhaust system?
plus anything you could think of which is making my car drink fuel?
thanks

How do you drive it :P This plays a big part in how much fuel your car uses. Are you doing loads of short journeys in town? maybe give the car a service if it's not been done for a while. Is the exhaust system ok? If it is blowing before the cat this will be sending the lambda crazy and overfuelling it. Get it on diagnostic see if anything specific comes up before you start changing sensors. All I can think of top of my head. Maybe run some redex through it in the meantime :y:

I once reset my milage counter when fuel was at half way and it did about 100 mile before light came on to say low fuel. I have noticed petrol in my SX goes down a lot quicker than diesel did in my 106. I have reset my milage counter today again at half way so will see how many miles I get before light comes on.
