Find out about insurance and find out how much extra he wants. Also find out about the import status ie who done it etc. Has it been converted to MPH. Get it Proffesionally checked out aswell. IF you can get insured for a good price. RUnning cost willl be high rememembr.

there nice cars but personally mate if i was gonna sell my car i would want one with less milage and a new model (if they do em). also the Nos would cause increased engine wear. up to you though mate

insurance is the main thing i am worried about as it will probaly be around group 17 or 18 and i am only 19 lol.

Think it will be a strait px for my car mate, so could be a good deal, mines is for sale for £7500

Looked on auto trader website and they are around £8-9

Check that it has had a recent pulley and belt check, that it has been undersealed since import, that it has a rear foglight and that it has been converted in to MPH from KPH.

For a non turbo car that seems a bit high priced. Don't think you are gonna be getting 300+BHP from a non-turbo'd Supra though mate!

I paid just under £5K for my FTO which is non-turbo'd

If its a non turbo then I wouldn't touch it. They are supposed to be shit slow as they are quite heavy. Well this is what my bodyshop guy told me and he owns a twin turbo supra but has driven a non turbo aswell

Chris
21st October 2005, 18:19
Non-turbo is 220bhp

The best one to go for is a single turbo, then take the small turbo out and put a large turbo in... tis better than a twin turbo.

I want to by my mates Supra from him... tis a 500+bhp single large turbo fully Vielside kitted beast! Mmmmmmm, luuurrvly!
