Got abit of a problem but unsure how to solve it

I put my Toyota starlet turbo up for sale for breaking etc

Guy came and bought the turbo off me,now before the car cracked a piston the turbo was on there for 6 weeks and coverd around 2000km at low boost levels,worked fine and boosted hard etc

Anyway guy came and bought it off me for 300 pounds

2weeks later he tells me its fucked and its my fault etc

Told him it was fine when he bought it etc not my problem basically

Now what he is saying is that he is going to come to my house,this is where the problems at,me being me i really couldnt give a fuck for noone but the turbo was sold from my grandparents house,now hes threatening to come here and cause trouble basically

Now im very protective over them and so is my uncle,thier son

Ive messaged the guy and said do not come to my grandpartents house as its not fair on them etc,but he doesnt answer

So anytime now he will be poping up there

What shall i do??

i know that if he has the cheek to come to my grans house ,my self and many others will be rather annoyed

My criminal record is huge as it is,from my younger days

But by him comming to my grandparents is just giving me the edge to get locked up


What are the options ?

Explain the situation to your granparents...

Tell them if he turns up keep the doors locked...ring the police, take picutres and ring you... turn up goin snatch on his face!

did you get a copy of the reciept saying 'sold as seen' or 'no warrnaty'?

if so tell him to go fuck and if eh has a problem to go throught the proper channels.....if not police (TBH police in either way as he has threatened you, which is against the law)

crack was the piston mate

the turbo was fine,just a lil crack in wastegate which he pointed out
and was happy with it

most ct9s have airline cracks around waste gate

If he comes looking for trouble you'll need the cops, no point putting yourself behind for one idiot. He is probably calling your bluff anyway to see if you'll get spooked and agree to the refund.

Just tell him no thats that, and he'll probably have a moan, and then he'll drop it and leave it at that.
