Yeah they are still open but you won't get an answer on the phone. I had the same problem when buying stuff from them. Your best bet is to either contact fatboy_furio on SSC or order directly from their website Triplexxxtreme (http://www.triplexxxtreme.co.uk)

You cannot purchase of their site as once you add somethign to the cart then goto the checkout the item will disappear!
