When your racing press start and click photo in the options menu and when watching a replay select photo mode

Save them and upload them, then go to http://forzamotorsport.net/default.htm and sign in with your account. Then save the pictures to your PC and upload them to imageshack or photobucket etc so that you can link them here.

PSPDan a lower shutter speed will have blurred the road more making your shot look better. Also, try and frame the cars better, most of your photo is nothing. You could make that pic look MUCH better by zooming in on your car whilst still having the other one in the background. Try adding a very slight tilt to the pic as well so it gives it some real feel.
