itrader dispute

ok, i paid for an item on tuesday 10th feb at 12.25, the item has only been sent out today and there was no communication until today, i will not name the persons involved, but for anyone interested they have rated me negative, do you think i was in the wrong for rating negative after hearing nothing for 9 days after paying and only being told today the item was sent today?

Saxo scottish- its best to take this up with a moderator or admin rather than taking it up where everyone can see. It's not fair on the seller despite him taking a long time to post.
