I didnt want to make a complaint i wanted to make everyone aware not to do business with him as he didnt send my lights and now it seems im being called a recist? i saved my post and going over it now and cant see anything to indicate that? what was the racist coment about?

If you used paypal open a dispute. If he didn't send you any he won't be able to prove he did and they should refund your monies.
