Had it replaced and now the new one seems to be hitting the speed bumps when i go over them, i have to go over them like a chav who has a massive exhust attached. Is this easy to fix?

Unless your going over huge mountains, the only way your backbox would hit the bumps is if you was ridiculously low. If it sits in the recess then there isn't a lot you can do. Just check it isn't hanging lower on the join or something.

you could try some tighter rubbers to see if that will pull it up a bit
