Lowering standard VTR seats

Is there a way to lower a standard Mk2 VTR seat.

I know theres no obvious way, like a handle or anything, but is there a way to unbolt it and move some holes it screws into or remove washers or something to make it lower?

dont belive theres a handle and theres no washes on the gliders, think you stuck to be honest, 306 seats have hight positioning on them but on the lowest itll probobly be about the same.
