thats wot i thought i can do oil + filter + air filter myself but leaving plugs and coolant system flushing to someone who knows wot their doing

my car iv just brought has been sat for over a year and quite high mileage and in need of some love lol

yeah i think ill use engine stop leak before even attempting to drive it (i worry about the seals) then get it home use engine flush oil change + filters etc to start with

only had mine on the drive in and out garage but could do with new oil plugs coolant ect ill do it when i cba :P

lol shutup new engine planned mate £170 1.4 bottome end with a vtr head intake and cams on 70 k fsh gearbox and drive shafts :)

Plugs are easy if you can do the rest, just make sure you do them one at a time l
as stated, I got my GTI this week, never worked on a car with leads before and realised I'd taken two off and didn't know which way round they went! :/
