Was due to pick up my new VTS next week (Hence the badly chosen name) but got a call today to tell me the guy has sold it to someone else and is sending me my deposit back coz he got an offer which was £20 more!!! So now I have to start looking for a new car AGAIN!!! ggrrrrrr

Unfortunately was just a private sale, should have got summin in writing really but never thought about it! At least he never disappeared with my deposit I suppose! lmao. Not yet at least! Not impressed all the same!

That's a bit shit mate. Could turn out to be a blessing in disguise - there'll be a better one round the corner. Keep your eyes pealed on Pistonheads and AutoTrader. :)

yeah just been on mate and typically all of a sudden there are none about really! lol. Well there are but not many and not such a good deal! lol. grrrrr

Couldn;t really say much, he just called and said he'd sold it and it had gone, what can ya say then? Will be much more vocal with him once I got my deposit back mind, though better of gettin too gobby too early though! lol

not yet, He only called me tonight, Supposed to be coming into my local town tomorrow to drop it off to me but will wait and see! he only about 20 mile away so said he would drop by to give it me seeing as he sold it from undernesth me, good of him eh??? (Sarcasm there by the way! lol)

count yourself lucky...

i put a decent sized deposit down, the bloke sold it to someone else, didnt even tell me and hasnt sent the deposit back

I truly was, thankfully though I did get my deposit back today so could be worse I guess! Tho I spent it all in pub now so hasn't done me much good! lmfao.

20 there and back is a 40mile round trip went out his way abit over like 10 -15 proffit hope his sale falls through and he has nobody that wants to buy it hahaha
