saxo brake peddle flashes front lights

hi

Having a problem with my saxo lights. When i first start the car and press my brake peddle my front lights both come on , then flash for about 20 seconds then all is ok. Runs ok after this any ideas

haha similar with mine
but my front lights flash when i open the doors, or boot, and when i turn the ignition on

its an absolute disco! :panic:
