Contact the place where you got the tyre originally and say that the wall blew out = free tyre replacement.

Happened to me when i first had the tyre on my car changed. literally left the fitters and went to town, and got a flat (hole in the tyre wall)

Tyres should have a (so many) mile guarantee on them)

except that a guarantee doesnt cover hitting an object which does the damage

They will have a little guide which will tell them whether its repairable or not. Its been a while since I did some tyre fitting but as I recall as soon as its past the curve onto the sidewall youre not allowed. Sorry.

They wont be able to fix it. As ben said if its in the wall of the tyre its a whole new tyre job. If it was underneath it could of been fixed.
