Im looking for the air temperature sensor on my vtr the model with grey cover. dont have a clue where it is. iv had a couple of surgestions but non paid off. CAN ANY1 HELP US.

ill answer your question, dont bother fitting one of those ebay resistors, it doesnt work and can damage the car.

how do they damage your car. iv read that cos its still going through your EMS that it would always be within the manufacturers set limits.

because the car thinks the air is colder than it is so puts it less fuel, lean=bad=melted pistons, broke engine, all for £4.99 amazing.

or if you really must buy one of these rip off piece of shit then head down to your local maplins and buy one of the resistors for about 4p. OR if its one of the new super duper adjustable ones, then just buy an adjustable resistor from maplins for about 15p.

might not bother with the whole thing then, aint worth damaging me car over. thinking of one of those pipercross viper kits though, just need a few squids first.

get one of the better designs of enclosed like a BMC or green or simota enclosed, cheaper and in theory a better design
