they are an excellent company and i would recommend them to anyone especially as they sent me the alpine 9855r instead of the 9853, yay free upgrade lol worth £100 and as it was on special offer to start with ment i got it for £200 instead of £439 rrp. customer services is very good aswell, as they had problems finding my address as its a brand new house, but sorted it very quickly smileys/smiley17.gif
