When i got car, it had house paint on body work, and bumper strips, is there any good products to get it off?

a good bug and tar remover might work?
e.g Tardis
would keep it on the paint for too long though

wd40 and a cloth WILL get it off.
If it is really really really bonded clay should work too.

Tried WD40, slowllllly gets it off.. T-Cut seems get off but damages paint i reckon.
Gonna try clay bar.. Looks like its been on there for like 8 months or so.. Propper in paint.

That could be tough to get off then, as it could have fully dried. Wetsanding and Polishing sounds like your only choice, but try the clay, I could be wrong

Most probably. Nothing a little specially dpne wetsanding that can't get off.
