stalling

my 360 elite keeps bloody stalling. ive got the intercooler for the back,the big brick on the power cables is not enclosed in anyway,the xbox its self is sat upright next to the unit about 2 inches away from it.its realy pissing me off any idea's?

Mine does it every now and then I just restart it and its fine then

tried that every time it stalls works fine for a bit then stalls again and its not just on one game. it was doing it on nfs undercover so i took that out put in gta still the same tried most of my games and it does it on all of them. could it have something to do with me having it connected to my modem?

Shouldnt be is it still under warrenty if so phone them up and get a new one ;)
