hate them imo.

cheap bmw. rather have a less expensive car company with a better powered engine...

my dad bought a compact had all m-sport bits on the works got it for 12k few years ago has 50k on it now and worth 5k as a trade in lmao

i personaly like them but each to there own

not a fan of them. know some1 with a yellow one thats got all the m stuff on it

would the 318 compact be quicker the the vtr because my mate has a 316 and my vtr beats him

it will be heavier than you vtr, so id guess there wont be much in it.
but does it really matter whos is faster?
if you like the look and its got a good spec get it.
personally i think a compact is a girls car, my ex had one, he thought it ws the bollox...then ugraded to a 2.0 coupe (is that the right word)? and THAT was the bollox, real nice.

0-60 between a vtr and 318 compact is similar, but top speed of bmw is higher.

I doubt it as the 318ti has 143bhp an its going to be quicker than a vtr.

They are nice cars and have some cool stuff.

I like them although i'd rather have the coupe personally.

They are decent cars, would be better to go for the diesel or the 325. Will be better built than a saxo but the servicing etc. is alot more.

Yeh im not a fan of them tbh. Only 3 series that i like are the coupe's. Even then, im not a huge fan of beemers.

Maybe an old 5 series? Gangsta style!

5 series are the last id have.
3 series are nice, i think the coupe would be a good way foward!
but if you like this, who fives a toss what others think hey?
