Right, so had the saxo for a couple of years now, and thought id better get some pics up....
So, this was it when i got it a couple of years ago, ever since i was young i loved saxo's and posi blue was always my favorite colour. This it what i found sitting outside my house one afternoon...

It was completely standard, one owner, with 47,000 miles. My dad managed to get the garage to throw in a years warranty in with the deal too, all for £1500.

I diddnt realise how lucky i was to get the warranty thrown in, as after having it a month the headgasket went, 2 central locking motors packed up, the cambelt and water pump needed replacing, stepper motor went along with a new air intake box being needed!

Then i went through the lexus lights stage that most people seem to...

What a mistake....after a few months they came off and went back to standards.

Since then i got some vtr alloys off ebay, £80 not bad nick and made such a difference...

Only problem was whenever there was people in the back the wheels scrubbed like hell so had to start lookin for somewhere to sort it..

In the meantime i got rid of the rubbish standard cd player which wouldnt play a cd when it was cold...brought a kenwood from Halfords thats got a decent spec...bluetooth, ipod lead, phone function etc..I also replaced the front speakers with kenwood ones.

Then i spotted a nice mk2 vt spoiler on ebay going for £18 so snapped it up,it was in good nick and in the right colour so was spot on!

I got the bodyshop to glue this to the back screen while they were grinding the rear arches and they did the lot for 50 quid which i didnt think was too bad... so this is how it stands now after lots of washing and polishing now its getting a bit warmer

Pretty stuck on what to do next... it badly needs lowering a bit i know...i dont want to go fitting a vt kit, think the flatarch's look great!

i was looking at some of the euro style rear lights and maybe some new mirrors, but not too sure yet on what to do...if anyones got any ideas let me know!

Thats awesome :P A lot of people will try to change your mind, stick by it!

Keep the mods simple and you cant go wrong. Maybe smoked jewels on the back. Looks awesome on a posi blue.

yeah they grinded them off and sealed them...i think you can have them folded over as well...all i was bothered about was them making sure they sealed it properly so it dosn't start rusting. only took them a few hours and all was good..

White and blue is always a good theme to go by. However it's been done to death now, so experiment with photoshop/photoshoppers and see what you could do.

Your flat arch is nice bud, maybe have a look at changing the interior to how you want it, then work on lowerring, exhaust, air filter, and move on from there. :y:

it's very clean too, impressed, vt wheels should have been fitted to all flatarches as standard, looks ten times better!

Thanks for your comments! I was pretty stuck on what to do with the interior..but being as both the seat runners are on thier way out maybe its a good excuse to rip it out and find something new....

Lowering is top of the list as it looks stupidly high sometimes..like its on stilts at the back it makes the wheels look tiny!

Ive also seen a nice exhaust at the local scrappy... not too big or loud..so might have a go at that soon aswell. Ive been thinking about the smoked jewels for a while...i like the look of them so might give em shot along with some new lights up front.

Just brought an auto lights system from work so gonna have a go at fitting that...i know its lazy but thought itd be something different to do on the weekend, also looking into some new mirrors but not decided on which to go for so if anyones got any suggestions let me know!
