Yes, it looks like a pile of wank.

But the question is, does anyone know of the car / owner and how many are actually functional. If all of them were, there would no space for backboxes underneath !

it is a photoshop, i remember the original thread on ssc a couple of years ago.look at the top right pipe, you can see a copy of the bottom of the bumper

They was a saxo like this but it had one row of exhaust not 2 still had about 9 tailpipes lol.

i don`t know the guy personally but i know where he stays. but it used to have 9 exhaust but now he`s down to 4

edit - where the removed exhausts were , he now has mesh in place
