As some of you who know me know, I like my mad ass projects. So here's what I bought today.

Looks wicked!!!! I love 'old school' cars...so does my brother and BF. Brother has owned mini's, audi quattro and capri. Bf is obsessed with getting an AE86!!

Love the mk1 and mk2 escorts. Look overly agressive and thats whats needed on track.
Would like an old school capri myself, not to everyones taste though.

Im a ford man by heart im ashamed to say and this is lovely.
My and dad have a capri but its the one before the picture that was posted. Its a 1962 Ford Consul Capri GT. Will get a pic up in one sec...
EDIT: Imagine this as a bare shell getting slowly welded , and thats whats sitting outside my garage.
Its dads atm but when i inherit it, i may keep it standard and do concours with it. Or drop it on some wire wheels and bags and a v8. Who knows

My Uncle used to own a Silver MK2, had RS wheels iirc was a 1.6, weber twin 40 carbs, cossie gearbox, full exhaust system decat, induction kit, coilovers pretty sure he said it was bored out or something either way hello to 15mpg and it was nippy as fuck and sounded like a rally car & went like one lol
Cant wait to show him this :)

Nice project that. 2 of my friends have had them in the past. One yellow mexico rep. and a white one which he decked out with bubble arches, cage. Was a good laugh!

yeah ma un cle used to have a rs 2000 mexico .... i think, in red. near enough race spec engine ( barely road legal ), race kit etc. this was back in like the 80's. went to sleep one night and woke to find that some little twats had the balls to jack it up and take the wheels :( little C***S
