Was thinking about getting a civic sport 1.6 16v .. maby an 04 or 05 reg..

i want a black one because my mate has a red one, hes spent about £2000 on his nd it looks minteeddd :P

what do yous think of them ?

prefer the type r but i guess insurance wise, the sport is better. Ive seen a few n they look proper nice!

prob still sting you to have a sport aswell. type r is better than the sports tho

Yes I have driven one, they are mince dude. They look good but not fast at all. Considered an EK3? 1.5 vtec-e. Perfect for a 17 year old. Buy that first then save up for a type r.

No offense intended to anyone here, but when 17 year olds come on here saying they want vts's they are told the will "kill themselves" etc... then when someone takes the sensible option like this chap here, most comments are " get a type-r " hmmmmm :wacko:

Anyway, nice cars! My mate had one, only thing i dont like is where the gearstick is located!

He cant have done much man. A new manifold and cold air intake will take you straight to 130bhp! That costs about £60!

Personally I wouldnt buy an sport, they are not worth it for the money I feel. Go for something cheap and cheerful then save up for a type r! I think EK3 would be a nice car for a 17 year old!

hes got a 4-1 manifold and a pipercross induction kit plus had it remapped, most of the rest of the cash went towards the cars looks..

haha i think ill sell my saxo in a month or 2 and see what i can find lol i only want a black one though.. the roads about where i drive are crazy anyway lol as long as i can get to 110 in the straights its ok :)

not particulary lol just a good 14 mile road for racing on lol pretty dangerous at some bits
