....
buy a decent exfoliating scrub.
then some extreme usually 'face drying out soap', such as the orange one.. cant remember what its called. but if you exfoliate around it, then scrub it hard...
then wash it thoroughly with a soap which is quite dry..it will dry it up mate. :y:

Pop it with both thumbs and watch the puss splat on the mirror.
Joking, a good facial scrub should rub away oils and leave the paws a bit less clogged. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits, usually helps keep skin clear.
There is something called panoxylle (sp?) my sister got it from the doctor, its very strong stuff dries up the spot overnight but too much can make your skin dry up easily.

I always used to think toothpaste was a wives tale but it actually works lol. Luckily I only get like 5 spots a year. But when I do they are beasts to be proud of :y:

i used to suffer with spots really bad
do this and i can assure you it will help
*do not wash face or neck at all with soap or shower jel
*do not put anything on your face at all bar warm water
keep all these facial scrub things becuase they deffo dont work and all they do is spread them
i suggest you do this for 1 month
and i am 90 percent sure you'll see a difference
i did,and ive told a few other people and its helped them

Best thing to use is origins spot remover, i use this from time to time as i still get the bloody things now and again
it is expensive, maybe look on bay too

its the shizz though
if your getting acne then its a different matter, just go to doctors, they will give you tablets and cream if all else fails then they put you on roaccutane, its is the mutts nuts but has some side effects
jesus i should be a doctor :p

You literally have to convince them you're in a state of depression to get roaccutane... nasty shit like - can make you blind apparently.
Keep any sort of soap off it... just puts more oils on your skin. Wash it morning/ night with an exfoliating wash. If it feels greasy as fook during the day, just use warm water.

Aye, roaccutane is the cure so to speak. Saw in the paper that a lad died from it recently though.
Been on antibiotics for over 2 years now... must be doing my immune system the world of good. :/
