My boyfriends car has a knocking sound when it turns to the right. Its a saxo Vtr v reg and i would like to just help him out on this. Can anyone help please? :A:

Erm...my guess would be the driveshaft :D Is his car lowered?

i would guess drive shaft or CV joint, as has been mentioned, drive shaft is easy to find, if you jack the car up, turn the wheel, its the bit of metal running underneath the car that turns with the wheel... turn it and check for any play or clicking when you turn it

cud also be top mount or ball joint unlikly 2 be ball joint but have seen it b4 so might be worth checking.
