customer service is fucking shocking, im having problems with the broadband and called about it yesterday, they tell me theres a problem with the line but they'll sort it and i need to call back if it continues.
guess what? no change so i decided to call back about half an hour ago. the fun begins!
called the number, its the phone department so have to call broadband technical team which they gave me the number for. called the number and im through the billing team in bangaloor, ace. anyway they gave me a number which they tell me is the right team which surprises me as this is the same as what i just rang.
so i call this and surprise surprise i get through to billing again, they tried to give me the same number yet again but after some"discussion" agreed to tansfer me, so a couple of minutes on hold and im through... TO BILLING!!!
getting annoyed now so vented my anger at the poor woman on the line after she had great difficulty in spelling my name L-E-E and then distinguishing between a 2 and a 3 she gave me another phone number, hmm this seems familiar... its the same as ive already had! so i demand to be transfered to some english, after 10 minutes holding i get through to an english person on the broadband team!
now shes only in sales, so explain my situation and she put me through to bangaloor yet again but this time i get brandband so we're making progress! wait, they give me another new number!

this is even better, he tells me "yes mr lee we have fixed the problem with your line" i hung up.
how do i go about cancelling my broadband?
