the whole car really. best thing to do is get the plastic wraper from a fag packet, put your finger in it and run ot over a section of the car, if it feels rough then it needs claying.

Wrong. You do it all. They remove shit you cant even see/feel.

Best thing to do is clay the whole car...
But it depends on your usuage and how many times you have clayed your paint before..

you can clay the car as many times as you want tbh

claying only gets rid of contaminents in paint work, road grime, tree sap, tar, existing polish, glaze, wax and sealents

its a paintwork cleanser, used prior to polishing to stop and contaminents further scratcing the paintwork when you polish etc
