well i bought my wipers, the drivers on is crap it just smudges water around the screen.
i emailed the seller who got back to me straight away saying clean them bend them etc, i did this and emailed back saying it hasnt helped, can you replace the drivers one. ive had no response so can i lodge some sort of paypal dispute and get my money back?

its an ebay shop surely i can get my money back isnt that what paypal is there for? negative feedback doesnt help line my wallet lol

next time buy your wipers from a carshop locally lol, instead of egay

Email him again, asking politely if he can exchange or refund!
Surely he has some sort of returns policy.

If all else fails, file a paypal dispute stating your item was fauly/not as described!

i worked out how to do a paypal dispute. how long does that normally take to get my money back?

you have to wait like a week or something after purchase i THINK....
then open the dispute centre in ebay. lodge your complaint saying the item is faulty and not as described.. ebay then gives him a week to reply to you through the dispute centre while its monitored by ebay.. then ebay either refunds you the money or resolves it.
