Lol, at first I thought the person meant a VTR cloth or something, then when I saw the ladder bit I pictured a set of ladders on top on of the car for an extra bit of height, then I realised the OP meant to move the ladders and cleaning equipment from job to job.

some how drive the car up the ladders.

attach sponges to the wheels. so when you try to drive (cant drive off due to being suspended by ladders) the wheels spin the sponges. therefore cleaning the windows?
