Help !!

Was fitting new head unit today and put wires in back incorectly first and blew 3 fuses, one on back of unit, one for indicators lights and remote central locking and other for somthingelse,
and since then ive changed them fuses thn worked fine, till i opened my boot today then closed it to find my front doors were locked and it didnt lock my boot,
i closed it and tried locking it with my key fob and still dosent lock it,
jus after bit of help or guidance really would be appriciated :D
