How do you remove negative feedback left

I bought item off egay few weeks ago it came faulty so asked for either refund or replacement. I got no reply for 2 weeks until i opened a dispute and left negative feedback they are giving refund now just wondering how to remove the feedback i left cant find where to do it

tbh if they sent you a faulty item and didnt respond to your conatct for 2 weeks they deserve the negative feedback! take your refund and leave it on mate

Yeah mate, leave it on, i certainly don't want to deal with a company/person like that

looking back over last few months they've got few bad feedback anyway but was for other things thought a network cable would be fine
