Mot fail - emissions?

Hi, right iv lost my liscense last week.. soo trying to get the car MOT'd so i can either sell up, or start doing some drastic changes to it, whilst im off road. .

But i had a test done, failed on emissions, want to know whats best to do,

iv got the CDA induction kit, should i change it back to standard airbox

Another thing is the exhaust system, has remus backbox, with part centre pipe, up to the midsilencer, but the previous owner has had the silencer cut out and a welded shut again. . would this cause any problems?

Manifold/cat are standard/untouched.

possibly needs another centre box.
Check the cat isn't dead though
