Reverse Light

Okay when i put the car into reverse the light doest come on unless i pull back on the gear stick (quite hard). So it does work just not properly. I was thinking its just a dickie connection but i dont know where it is i have to check?? Anyone else had this problem? and know how to where/how to solve it?

Check the connection bud!! may need cleaning up with wire wool.....:y:
