the VTR failed, suprise suprise lol failed because.....

Breas failures: RBT service break efficiency: 0%, RBT Park break effiency: 0%
Reasons for refusal of a test certificate
001 front front position lamp(s) incorect colour
002 Rear registrtion plate deteriorated
003 Offside rear Rear passanger seat cannot be scured in the upright position.
004 Nearside front (stalk) seat velt insecurely fixed to the vehicles structure.
005 Offside front (stalk) seat velt insecurely fixed to the vehicles structure.
006 Nearside front headlamp not in good working order adversly effecting beam image.
007 Offside front headlamp not in good working order adversly effecting beam image.
008 Nearside rear tyre tread depth below requirements of 1.6 mm
009 Offside rear stop lamp not working
010 Rear sub-frame corroded and seriously weakened
011 Rear ( both ) suspention component mounting prescribed area is
exessively corroded
012 Rear ( due to dangerous condition of rear sub-frame) break perfomance not tested
013 Service break effiency below requirements
014 Parking break effiency below requirements
IMPORTANT
ADVISE VEHICLE UNSAFE TO DRIVE ON RAOD
SO QUITE A GOOD TEST OVERALL

Get a quote from a garage on a subframe replacement, rest is a scrappy/haynes manual jobby matey. hope you still have 4 weeks left on your current MOT? or you a last minute kinda person?

doesnt matter how long is left, rules changed now, once a fail is issued it over rules any previous tests, and is not allowed to be driven.

could be worse, was takin mine for it's mot on wednesday, hit a pot hole & woop front spring snapped! :@
oh well new excuse for some eibach goodies now!
overall tho mate, it doesn't sound that bad, you'll be suprised how many wont cost that much to sort!

well you can see through my boot floor down to the ground lol and i have no driverside rear wheel arch

Not heard of it that much, but is a common place on 106's so assume same on saxos, below ECU is another place :D
