Colour coding bumpers

Basicly i decided to spray my bumpers gloss black. So ive taken the bumpers off, cleaned and wet a dryed it, sprayed them with prime paint, but when i go to spray them, it goes slightly blotchy. Its not because i have the spray to close but surley it cant be any dirt underneth because ive thorughly cleaned it. Can any1 help me out with some tips please? Much appreciated for any feedback :y:

probs still be greasy use thiners to clean it then primer sand prime sand Also are you useing flexy paint as normal will just crack......

just strip back that section and clean it prep it and re prime

not still wet underneath the primer isit ?
