Right i recently bought an x reg citroen saxo vts for £450 it had bad bodywork damage to the passenger side which has been repaired but isn't perfect. Needs spraying. A good friend who breaks Saxos for parts recently got hold of a silver vts same year as mine but with no damage and in really good condition. He has offered me a swap as doesnt want to break the car as is fine. His car has done 97,000 miles mine has done 71,000 he wants a swap plus £200 is it worth it...... i cba to upload pics to show cars but his is fine and to satisfy me mine needs atleast a whole side resprayed.

If you like it then yeah, and would save you a bit of bother, maybe see if you can squeeze a better deal?

go for it,tbh 20,000 miles is nothing if it drives ok, saves you a small bomb in paint and an undamaged car is worht more when you come to sell it, if it was my car it would have been swaped the moment he offered it to me lol

ive swapped :P new ones looking good money is short though so havent actually done anything yet pics should be up within a week. the past owner has clearly made it to look like a replica vtr as its got vtr alloys all vts and 16v badges removed. LOL funny concept as can imagine the fun of pulling up next to people and they dont know its a vts. I will be putting all the vts goodies back on however vts alloys in good nick r hard to get hold off all been curb'd
