My little brother has recently bought an xBox and Halo 3.
When he plays Halo and hits someone his controller disconnects.
The batteries are full so cant be that?
Any ideas or anyone had this problem?
It only happens i believe on Halo

Mine occasionaly does this when the batteries are down to 1 or 2 bars so I just change them.
Are the batteries he's using rechargable or are they the one off use ones?

Hmm, how old is he? Could have been left laying around, dropped etc. Younger kids tend not to look after things very well.

he is 10.
the box is his pride and joy, along with Playstation PSP etc etc.
I know what you mean but they are 3 months old and only happens on Halo3.
Think i will have to get him to either take controllers back or call xBox up.
It is strange though. Just a thought he may not have updated the xbox as he isnt on live. You remember that upgrade you had to do with it making similar changes to as Wii?

Sod phoning up, go on xbox.com forums (if we cant help!) as you'll get free advice from there and probably get a proper answer.
Its called the 'New Xbox Experience' (NXE). Its available on a disc somewhere, from one of the magazines iirc.
