well they are really bad around my area for pulling people for the way there car looks!!!! i had a scooby before some old lady crashed into the back off me writing the car off!!! and as it was modified and the lady was at least 40 they checked my car over to the max to try and pin the blame on me!!!!! so i don't have much rspect for "most" of them!!
