you could get away with using THIS (http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/8037.html) to power the sub as the 7001 will over power the sub. looks all go though.

Box for the sub: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/dynamics-spb12-p-5925.html

Wiring kit: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/dynamics-awk35-2awg-p-5577.html

Will need some distro blocks to split the power and earth once it gets to the boot. Two 1m lengths of 4awg should be fine and speaker cable too.

http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/pro...s_id/1180.html - Amp for comps

Buying a 4 channel amp is going to waste 2 channels when using the above components as they are 2 ohm and the amp wouldn't be stable at 2 ohm when bridged.

http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/pro...s_id/4027.html - Sub

A 4 ohm sub won't get the most out of your system, more power can be seen from an amp if the sub you choose shows a final load of 2 ohm.

Adding up all of your suggestions you seem to have a budged of arund £350. Have a look at the following system, you'll get better equipment for your money.

Components: Hertz DSK 130 (http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/hertz-dieci-p-6122.html)

Subwoofer: Hertz ES300.3D (http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/hertz-energy-es3003d-p-6343.html)

Amplifier: JBL GTO 5355 (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/JBL-GTO-5355-5-channel-amplifer-1-x-360watt-4-x-75-watt_W0QQitemZ120390430490QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Au dio_TV_Electronics_In_Car_Entertainment_GPS_Car_Am plifiers_PP?hash=item120390430490&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1689%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C 240%3A1318)

With the front 4 channels of the amp bridged you'll be giving the fronts 140w RMS a side and 360w RMS to the sub with the sub channel ran at 2 ohm.
