HELP!!!! overheatin

hi im just wondering wot to do my engine starts overheatin after 20mins of drivin its got water in the rad but i dont think the fan is kickin in is that a common problem or could it be sumin more serious than that
and the water isnt mixin with the water so its not the head gasket

Is there any leaks anywheres matey, check the connections to the fan and the sensor, could be the fan sensor tbh
Also the thermostat, could be any of these, may have missed something out..
Also try a search fella, this has been asked before and you may find your answer quicker
