How Low Reckon?

Hey, im getting my Westie Lowered next week, but i still don't know how low to go.. 60 F - 80 R? Not gonna be on track or anything. Or 60 F - 60 R?

Also anywhere in Nottingham to get springs? Or best site?

Also who would fit springs and lower it? As asked few garages and most say don't wanna touch it.. How much would average price be for someone to fit springs and do rear?

i know i probably should know but is nottigham anywhere near yorkshire? if so give rickyp a ring. should be able to do the back and fit the front springs for around £150
